Mike Venable

Mike Venable is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in law enforcement sales and account-based marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Law Enforcement Sales at Flock Safety since March 2020, Mike has consistently exceeded sales quotas, achieving an average of 119% performance to quota in 2022 and 122% in 2021. Previously, Mike held notable positions at Terminus, where as Sales Director, the team achieved #1 status in 2019 with 106% to quota. Mike's earlier career included impactful roles at CareerBuilder.com, WSB-TV, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Columbus & The Valley Magazine, and Athens Regional Medical Center, showcasing a strong background in business development and account management.
