Zara Kreimeia is the current People & Office Manager at FloodFlash. Zara has previous experience working as an Executive Assistant, Pre-School Leader, and Administrator. In their current role, Zara is responsible for managing the office and administrative functions, as well as overseeing the company's people operations. Prior to joining FloodFlash, Zara worked as an Executive Assistant with CEOs and founders across multiple industries such as parametric insurance, med-tech, digital marketing and health & fitness. Zara also has experience working in early childhood education and has lectured at Sussex Downs College.
Zara Kreimeia has a CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management from Avado and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Greenwich. Zara also has certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England as an MHFA Champion.
