Adam Davies

Adam Davies has a strong background in global sourcing, quality assurance, and packaging. Adam most recently worked as the Senior Director at Floor & Decor, where they oversaw global sourcing, quality assurance, and packaging. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Global Quality Assurance at the same company. Before joining Floor & Decor, Adam worked at CSA Group as the Global Business Unit Director for Lighting, Wiring, Wiring Devices, and Retail, and later as the Global Business Unit Director for the Retail Division. Adam also has experience in quality assurance and product engineering from their time at The Home Depot, where they held various roles including Director of Global Quality Assurance, Manager of Quality Assurance, and Senior Product Engineer. Adam began their career at Johnson and Johnson, where they held various manufacturing and engineering positions.

Adam Davies earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1998. Adam later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2001 to 2004.
