Clarissa Webb MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Clarissa is currently serving as the Divisional Human Resources Director at Floor & Decor. Previously, they worked at KIK Custom Products as a Regional Human Resources Manager, where they provided HR support to multiple sites and was responsible for various HR functions. Clarissa also worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc as a Human Resource Manager, managing the HR function across two locations and ensuring compliance with HR practices. Prior to that, they worked at The Home Depot as an HR Manager and participated in the Store Leadership Program.
