Josh Borys

Josh Borys has a strong background in workforce management and data analytics, with experience working at companies such as Floor & Decor, UPS, and Best Buy. At Floor & Decor, Josh currently holds the title of Senior Director of Customer Experience & Workforce Management, where Josh leads a team in developing predictive workforce models.
