Eugene Valuiskis

Eugene Valuiskis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and leadership roles. Eugene is currently serving as the Head of Product at Floqsta Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and worked as the CEO of Smartbadge, an online platform for event professionals, from September 2015 to April 2022.

In addition, Eugene has held the position of IT Project Manager at FITMOST from March 2021 to March 2022. Eugene also served as the Head of IT projects at Arifmetika Dobra, a non-profit organization, from June 2017 to February 2021. At Arifmetika Dobra, they were responsible for project management, development, and launch of the e-education platform 'Chance', as well as further development and maintenance of the platform.

Before that, Eugene worked at the Organizing Committee of the Moscow Urban Forum, initially as a Project Manager from February 2015 to June 2015, and later as a Senior Producer from July 2015 to May 2017. Eugene also worked at Paper Planes as the Producer of the IV Moscow Urban Forum from September 2014 to December 2014.

Prior to their roles at the Moscow Urban Forum, Eugene held the position of Head of Destination Management Department at the 21st World Petroleum Congress from October 2012 to July 2014. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of the congress, including accommodation, transportation, excursion programs, budget planning, and website management.

Eugene also has experience as a Project Manager in the MICE Department at AOS Conventions & Events from March 2012 to August 2012. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager in the Protocol Department at Stuttgart Trade Fair from January 2011 to February 2012. Eugene started their career as the Communications Manager at the Shanghai World Expo 2010 - Latvia Pavilion from March 2010 to September 2010.

Eugene Valuiskis pursued their education at the Fachhochschule Osnabrück from 2008 to 2013, earning a B.A. in International Business and Management. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "SQL for Data Science" from Coursera in April 2022, "Data-driven growth and product management online training" from GoPractice, Inc in December 2021, "Amplitude product analytics online course" from Adventum in September 2021, and more. Furthermore, they have completed a TRIZ course (theory of inventive problem solving) from The Thinking Approach Project in May 2008 and a computer programming course from Progmeistars in June 2007.
