Mega Meinarty

Mega Meinarty has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Mega currently works for Upfield as the HR Operation Lead & HRBP - ASIA & ANZ, where they focus on talent acquisition and data specialist roles. Prior to that, they worked for Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food as a Recruitment Specialist and HR Development, where they were responsible for recruitment and developing a mobile training system for the sales team. Mega also has experience as an HR Assistant (Recruitment Specialist) at PT Brewin Mesa Development and as a Recruitment Supervisor and Officer at Euromedica Group. Mega started their career at AXA Mandiri Financial Services as an HR Operations professional.

Mega Meinarty obtained a Magister degree in Management from the University of Indonesia from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Telkom University, from 2009 to 2013. Mega also has a certification in Designing Learning Program from PPM Manajemen.
