Theo Shum

Theo Shum has extensive work experience in legal and corporate affairs roles. Theo currently works as the Lead Counsel - Corporate Affairs & Communications at Upfield since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Legal Consultant at Amadeus IT Group from November 2017 to September 2018. Theo also served as the Interim Head of Legal: Commercial & Customer at easyJet from May 2017 to November 2017. Theo has held various interim and consulting roles in legal departments of companies such as RED - The Global SAP Solutions Provider, VINCENT VAN GOGH FOUNDATION, BSI, onefinestay, Streamworks International, and North One Sport Limited. Notably, they served as the Director of Legal & Business Affairs at SEGA Europe Limited from March 2012 to March 2013, where they provided legal advice to all offices and integrated studios across Europe.

Theo Shum holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the College of Law and a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Southampton.
