Ugur Kaya

Ugur Kaya began their career in 2012, working at both Rothschild and UBS Investment Bank in the Investment Banking role. In 2013, they joined Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director and worked there until 2020. Currently, Ugur serves as the Co-CEO at Flora since 2021.

Ugur Kaya has a Master's degree in Management, specializing in Finance/Financial Markets, from ESCP Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Sabanci University.
