Christina Wells has a wealth of work experience in the field of People Operations. Christina began their career in 2008 as an IT Recruiting Manager and Lead Business Development at Accountability Resources. Christina then moved to Luna Data Solutions in 2009 as a Recruiting Manager. In 2013, they joined RetailMeNot, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter. In 2015, they were appointed Senior Director, People Operations at Modernize. In 2020, they became SVP, People & Operations at PLANOLY and Advisor at PeopleTech Partners. In 2021, they were appointed Advisor at Amelia. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed SVP, People Operations at Traject. In addition to their work experience, they have also been a Public Speaker and Blog Writer for Freelance since 2019.
