Shelly-Ann Rampersad's work experience includes roles at KPMG Canada as a Senior Consultant and Manager in Management Consulting, vivovii as an Engagement Manager, Maple as a Director of Virtual Hospital Services, Director of Clinical Operations, and VP of Clinical Operations, and currently as the Managing Director - Canada at Florence. Shelly-Ann has a diverse background in healthcare operations, strategy, and management.

Shelly-Ann Rampersad completed their Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Pre-Health Specialization from the University of Waterloo in 2011. Shelly-Ann then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, graduating in 2015.
