Ashlynn Mendoza

Ashlynn Mendoza, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Flores & Associates, LLC since August 2020, after progressing through roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator and Recruiter. Prior experience includes a position as HR Coordinator at WB Moore Company from February 2018 to August 2020, where improvements in onboarding, recruitment, and policy updates were made. Ashlynn also held the role of HR Administrator, managing HRIS and establishing effective benefit administration.
