Joseph Siragusa (Sonny)

Joseph "Sonny" Siragusa has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joseph (Sonny) currently holds the role of Director of Corporate Development at Flores & Associates, LLC, where they specialize in administering employee benefit plans. Prior to this, they worked at BlackArch Partners as a Vice President and Associate, providing advisory services to financial sponsors and private companies. Sonny also pursued their MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2016 to 2018. Before transitioning into the business field, they served in the United States Marine Corps, holding various roles including Company Commander and Staff Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence Officer.
