Rakesh Gupta

Rakesh Gupta is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years of expertise in systems and network administration. Currently serving as Manager IT at Florianagroup since April 2008, Rakesh specializes in technical infrastructure, helpdesk operations, and system design and implementation. Proficient in various technologies including Windows NT, Linux, Citrix, and SAP BASIS, Rakesh has managed LAN/WAN connectivity and complex network solutions. Prior to Florianagroup, Rakesh was Branch Manager at Business Automation (I) Ltd., overseeing IT operations for prestigious clients such as State Bank of India and Indian Institute of Management. Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ranchi University and an Advance Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking Engineering, along with a Microsoft Certified Professional certification in Windows 2008 Server.
