Kimberly Treharne has extensive work experience in the field of early childhood development and mental health. Kimberly is currently serving as the Chief Program Officer at The Florida Center for Early Childhood, Inc., overseeing various programs and services. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at the same organization.

Before joining The Florida Center for Early Childhood, Inc., Kimberly worked as the Clinical Director at All Star Children's Foundation, where they developed evidence-based clinical programming to address complex trauma in children and families involved in the child welfare system.
