Dr. Juan Harris MBA, MS, MCAP, CMHP, SAP, ICADC, CIP possesses extensive experience in addiction treatment and mental health, currently serving as CEO and President of Clinical Education, Supervision, and Consulting Services (CESC) L.L.C. since 2009, while also holding a position with the Florida Certification Board since 2006. Dr. Harris has a strong background in corporate compliance, program development, and training. Leadership roles include Chief Operating Officer at Qualis Care of Louisiana and Executive Director at New Objectives, along with clinical management positions at Caron/Hanley Center and Hanley-Hazelden Center. Dr. Harris's educational credentials include a Doctorate in Christian Psychology and Divinity, as well as two master’s degrees in Business Administration and Counseling Psychology.
