Alejandro Miquel, MD, MBA, FAAFP has extensive work experience in the medical field. Alejandro is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. since June 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of Medical Director at South Florida Physical Medicine from September 2015.

Alejandro obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Cardinal Newman High School, earning a High School Diploma from 1991 to 1995.

More recently, Alejandro pursued further education in the field of business, completing a Physician Executive MBA (PEMBA) program at Auburn University Harbert College of Business. This program, which specializes in equipping physicians with the necessary skills to excel in healthcare management and administration, was undertaken from 2016 to 2018. This additional business education enhances Alejandro's medical expertise and equips him with a unique skill set to excel in both the clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare.
