Steven Hall

Steven Hall provides legal counsel to the Commissioner and senior staff, including statutory interpretations, drafting and interpretation of legislation, rulemaking, litigation and appeals, contracts, ethics, and public records. Supervises the department’s attorneys, agency clerk, and informal hearing officers.
