Jairo Namur has a wealth of experience in the banking and finance industry. Jairo began their career in 1992 as Vice President, Regional Head Central America at Corestates Bank. In 1995, they moved to The Bank of New York, where they held the roles of Vice President Cash Management Sales Latam & Caribbean, Regional Representative - Andean region, and Country Manager - Andean and Central American regions. In 2004, they joined HSBC as Vice President, GTB Sales, Americas. In 2009, they became Regional Manager, Latin America at SWIFT. In 2018, they founded Intelligence for Action as Founder, Chief Commercial Officer. In 2020, they Co-Founded RiskRator and also became Non Financial Institutions Director - Board of Directors at FIBA Bankers.

Jairo Namur completed an Executive Data Science Specialization from The Johns Hopkins University in 2020. Jairo has also attended IESE Business School, Pace University, and Universidad de Los Andes. In 2021, Jairo obtained a Certified Cryptocurrency Risk Specialist (CCRS) - Tier I certification from CipherTrace. In 2018, they obtained an AMLCA certification from FIBA Bankers.
