Adele Mann

Adele Mann is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Florida International University since March 2017, Adele is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of talent across the university. Previously, from August 2005 to February 2017, Adele worked at ADP as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, focusing on campus recruitment strategies, and held the position of Senior Corporate Recruiter, collaborating with hiring managers and managing applicant screening. Earlier in their career, Adele was a Recruiting System Administrator at Ryder System, Inc., overseeing the use of recruiting systems and managing the applicant tracking process. Adele holds a BBA in Personnel Management from Florida International University and an AA in Business Administration from Miami Dade College.
