Madilyn Micallef

Madilyn Micallef is an experienced event services manager currently with the Florida Panthers, holding positions such as Manager, Event Services, and previously as Coordinator, Event Services and Coordinator, Guest Experience. Prior roles include an Event Planning, Sales and Operations Internship at Ocean Manor Beach Resort and participation in events for the Bruce Arians Foundation and Super Bowls LIV and LIII. Micallef has also contributed to the fan experience at the Women’s NCAA Softball World Series while overseeing volunteer management and event operations. A graduate of Concordia University Ann Arbor, Micallef earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Entertainment Business, further enhancing expertise in event planning and management.
