Behn Dales, CHRP

Behn Dales, CHRP has been working in Human Resources since 2011. Behn began their career as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Calian Group in 2011, and then moved on to become a Senior Resource Manager at Veritaaq in 2015. In 2017, they joined Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne as an HR Advisor. Behn then moved to Vale in 2019 as a Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Flosonics Medical since 2022.

Behn Dales, CHRP holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science, Honours from Queen's University, which they completed in 2009. Behn also completed a Post Graduate program in Human Resources Management at George Brown College in 2010.
