Patrice Kiely

Patrice Kiely currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Flourish, a company dedicated to enhancing client outcomes through innovative financial solutions, a role held since April 2021. Prior to Flourish, Patrice accumulated extensive experience as an Executive Assistant in Financial Services at Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds Associates from 2015 to 2021, and as an Executive Assistant in the Global Research Office at CEB from 2011 to 2015. Earlier roles include serving as a Bridal Administrator at J.Crew and as an Event Coordinator & Restaurant Manager at McLoone's Restaurants. Patrice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston.
