Pedro Costa has a wide range of work experience. Pedro started as an intern at Rede Globo in 2011 and then worked as a reporter for Sistema Jornal do Commercio, ESTADÃO, Rede Globo, and Abril Mídia between 2013 and 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they were a blogger for ESPN and a Content Specialist and Customer Service Representative for Crowdynews. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Customer Success Representative for Fatura Simples, and they currently work as a Customer Success Manager for Hent since 2020. In 2022, they will start working as a Customer Success Manager for Flourish Fi.
Pedro Costa has a degree in Communications with a focus in Journalism from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco, which they obtained between 2008 and 2013. Pedro also studied Audiovisual Communications at Universidad de Salamanca between 2010 and 2011. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including The Retention Conference 2021 from Customer Success Lab in March 2021, Certificado em Branding from Rock Content in April 2020, Especialista em Marketing de Conteúdo from Rock Content in October 2018, and DELE C.2 - Maestría from Instituto Cervantes.
