Sharad Jain

Sharad Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management within the energy and hydro sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Project Management at FLOVEL Energy Private Limited since October 2021, Sharad previously held key roles at Voith Hydro, including Business Support Executive to the MD & CEO, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Manager. At ANDRITZ HYDRO, Sharad worked as a Project Manager focusing on large hydro projects and service and rehabilitation. Early career experience includes a position as a Graduate Engineer at Havells India Ltd. Sharad holds an MBA with dual specializations in Marketing and Leadership & Strategy from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, and a certificate in Business and Financial Laws from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
