Tony Hargrove

Tony Hargrove has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Tony started their career as a Mechanical/Structural Designer at Composite Technology, Inc. a Sikorsky Company in 1972 and worked there until 1976. Tony then joined Glastron Boat Company as the Chief Design Engineer and remained with the company until 1992. In 1993, Tony Hargrove joined Avantech Automation as a Design Engineer, where they worked until 2001. At Innovation Technology Machinery (ITM), they worked as an Engineering Project Manager/Designer from 2001 to 2012. In 2013, Tony Hargrove became the CEO/Owner of Centex Mechatronics LLC and also took on the role of New Capabilities. Tony worked in these positions until 2022, after which they joined Strata Innovative Solutions as a Senior Project Manager/SME at Strata Robotics.

Tony Hargrove attended Tarrant County College from 1974 to 1975, where they pursued a degree in Design Technology with a focus on Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Technology. Tony then transferred to Texas A&M University from 1976 to 1977, where they studied Engineering Technology with a specialization in Materials Science and Physical Metallurgy.
