Paula Ravensbergen

Paula Ravensbergen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as the Global Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary at Flow Traders since January 2022, Paula previously held the position of Deputy Company Secretary at The HEINEKEN Company from February 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that role, Paula was a Senior Associate at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from March 2012 to February 2020, including a secondment as Legal Counsel at Rabobank in 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Legal Aid Agent at SRK Rechtsbijstand and interning in the legal department at Eyeworks. Paula's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam, an LLM in Notarial Law from Leiden University, and various law degrees and electives from esteemed institutions such as Bond University and Adelbert College.
