Julia Vulcan

Julia Vulcan has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Julia currently holds the position of VP HR - Sales & Growth at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries. Prior to that, they worked at Sealed Air Corporation as an Executive Director and Global HR Business Partner, where they focused on developing and driving talent strategies to achieve business results. Julia also held management roles at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they led talent management programs and drove systems integration. Earlier in their career, they worked at Goodrich, managing talent management tools and setting the strategic direction for the company's Leadership Program. Julia began their career at Iowa State University, gaining experience in office assistance and athletics marketing. Julia also had a role as a student admissions representative at the Iowa State University Office of Admissions.

Julia Vulcan holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management and Marketing from the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University. Julia also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of South Carolina. Julia has additional certifications including Effective Manager: Coaching Essentials from Sealed Air Corporation and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute. Julia has also completed training as a Crucial Conversations Instructor with VitalSmarts.
