Lisa Finley

Lisa Finley has a diverse work experience in various industries. Lisa started their career as a Front of House Team Member at RUMBI ISLAND GRILL in 2006, where they improved brand awareness and handled inventory and ordering. Lisa then moved on to OLIVE GARDEN, where they served as a Culinary Assistant, Certified Trainer, Server, and Bartender, implementing food-prep programs and improving communication between staff members.

In 2011, Lisa joined HIGHLANDS RANCH GOLF CLUB as a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, where they implemented various initiatives to enhance employee performance and executed catering and restaurant operations. Lisa later joined Olive Garden again in 2012 as a Culinary Professional, managing food waste reduction goals and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Lisa then transitioned to Quiznos in 2013, serving as a New Products Research & Development Assistant Manager. Here, they managed culinary and marketing aspects of new product tests and launched a new restaurant concept. In 2017, they joined 24 Hour Fitness as a Sales Advisor and later became a Sales Manager, achieving significant increases in club revenue and personal sales.

In 2019, Lisa became part of Gold's Gym as an Assistant General Manager and Interim General Manager, implementing a new club culture and driving sales growth. Lisa then became a General Manager at VIDA Fitness & Aura Spa in 2021, where they exceeded membership budget and oversaw gym operations.

Most recently, Lisa joined Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries in 2022 as a Communications Specialist and later took on the role of Training & Communications Lead in 2023.

Lisa Finley received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Regis University in 2007. Lisa later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist from Maryland University of Integrative Health, which they completed in 2022.
