Cécile Degouge has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Cécile began their career as an Assistante commerciale at Casamundo GmbH in 2010. In 2012, they moved to Coca-Cola Enterprises as an Analyste des stocks. Cécile then joined Bel in 2013 and held various roles, including Business Process Owner - Replenishment process, Pilote de flux, JDA Portugal project manager, and Pilote de flux. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Consultant fonctionnel at DynaSys. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Flowlity.

Cécile Degouge's education history includes attending Lycée Carnot, Dijon from 2007 to 2009, EM Lyon Business School from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Gestion logistique, des matériaux et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, and WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2012.
