Colleen Tanguay

Colleen Tanguay is an experienced professional in plant and operations management, currently serving as Plant Director at Flowserve Corporation since October 2025. Prior to this role, Colleen held the position of Operations Senior Manager at Pentair from January 2023 to October 2025.
