Paul Phillips

Director, Project Operations - North And South America at Flowserve

Paul Phillips has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Paul started at Cameron in 2007 as a Technical Instructor, where they developed training programs and conducted simulations for offshore projects. Paul then became a Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering various subsea projects. As a Manager of Projects, they oversaw a portfolio of projects, managed process improvement initiatives, and achieved a total revenue of $150M USD. Paul then joined OneSubsea in 2012 as a Projects Group Manager, responsible for executing projects worth $400M USD and leading a team of Project Managers and Coordinators. Paul later became a Project Director, managing international project teams and delivering subsea oil and gas production systems globally. In their most recent role at Flowserve Corporation, Paul served as a Principal Project Manager and is currently the Director of Project Operations for North and South America.

Paul Phillips completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on EMBA in Energy at the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Sam Houston State University, which they completed from 2004 to 2006.
