Sebastián J. Mollo

Sebastián J. Mollo is an accomplished legal and compliance expert with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Global Investigations & Compliance Counsel at Flowserve Corporation since December 2019, Sebastián leads a global team focused on legal and regulatory compliance investigations. Prior to this role, Sebastián was a Trade Compliance Manager at AT&T, specializing in FCPA and anti-bribery compliance across multiple regions. As the Intelligence Director for The Pharmaceutical Security Institute, Sebastián developed intelligence systems addressing fraud and counterfeiting in the life sciences sector. Additionally, Sebastián has held managerial and legal positions, including General Manager at SAA Federal Credit Union and Attorney at Venable LLP. Academically, Sebastián holds an MBA in International Finance and Management from Georgetown University, along with a Juris Doctor with Honors from The George Washington University and a medical degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
