Vijay Simha Rao has a diverse work experience in the engineering and procurement fields. Vijay Simha started their career as an Engineer In Training at Fouress Engineering(India) Pvt Ltd in 2006. Vijay Simha then worked as a Quality Engineer at Flowserve India Pvt Ltd from 2006 to 2010. Following this, Vijay joined Gerab National Enterprises LLC as a Product Specialist from 2010 to 2011, where they handled technical questions related to valves and provided support services. Since 2011, they have been working at Flowserve Corporation as a Global Procurement Lead. In this role, they have successfully completed multiple mega projects on time and within budget, utilizing modern methodologies and coordinating with stakeholders. Vijay is skilled in project monitoring and controlling, ensuring compliance and satisfactory execution. Vijay Simha is also recognized for their motivational leadership and expertise in using various software tools. In addition, they manage a team and is responsible for supplier selection, negotiation, and finalizing orders.

Vijay Simha Rao completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from K V G College of Engineering, SULLIA, from 2001 to 2005.
