Ioana Sanduleasa (Moholea)

Ioana Sanduleasa (Moholea) has a long history of working in Human Resources. Ioana began their career in 2006 as an Executive Director and HR Project Manager at Perspective Group. In 2010, they moved to PEOPLE CENTRIC as a Project Manager. In 2016, they joined Crossrider Plc as a People Operations Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at UiPath as a Senior HR Business Partner, Employee Engagement Manager, and Employee Engagement Specialist. Most recently, they have been the VP of People at FLOWX.AI since 2021.

Ioana Sanduleasa (Moholea) received their Master in Human Resources from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies in Bucharest between 2008 and 2010. Ioana also attended the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca between 2000 and 2004.
