Bob Gregg

Bob Gregg is an accomplished entrepreneur and franchisee with a diverse background in the restaurant and service industries. Currently, Bob owns Jake’s Old Fashioned Burgers & Beer, a neighborhood restaurant in Dallas, and serves as a franchisee for Floyd's 99 Barbershop and Slim Chickens. As a founding partner of MAD Concepts Group, Bob focuses on making a difference by developing multiple brands and real estate opportunities. Previously, Bob held various leadership roles at Potbelly Sandwich Works, where responsibilities included managing Texas operations, developing franchising programs, and leading the Operations Services team. Bob graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1999.
