Natska Ericson

Natska Ericson, PE is a seasoned metallurgical engineer with extensive experience in the mining and mineral processing industry. Currently serving as a Senior Metallurgical Engineer at FLSmidth since February 2022, Natska previously held positions as a Senior Metallurgist at Clariant and a Senior Metallurgical Engineer at SGS, where responsibilities included developing flotation reagents, managing metallurgical studies, and optimizing recovery processes. Natska's earlier career includes significant roles as a Graduate Research Fellow at Murdoch University and as a Project Manager at Erdenet Mining Corporation, focusing on laboratory setup and metallurgical testing. Natska holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, a Master of Science in Mineral Processing and Metallurgy from Mongolian University of Science and Technology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Extractive Metallurgy from Murdoch University.
