Ariel Kirson

Ariel Kirson currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Fluence since April 2023. Previously, Ariel held the position of Product Security Leader at Google, overseeing a team of 10 technical program managers focused on information security engineering. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Security Development Lifecycle at VMware, where Ariel led a central security engineering team, and as Director of Product Security at NETGEAR, emphasizing a risk-based approach to product security. Ariel has also directed application security at BMC Software and previously held technical management roles at companies such as SRL Software Products Ltd. and Ex Libris. Education includes a B.Sc. in Computer Science and East Asian Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Programming Diploma in Software Engineering from MAMRAM.
