Gildas Dupouy

Gildas Dupouy has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Gildas most recently worked as the VP of Supply Chain Operations at Fluence starting in 2024. Prior to that, they held senior leadership positions at Rogers Corporation, where they directed the day-to-day operating activities for multiple manufacturing sites and represented operations in M&A. From 2017 to 2020, Gildas served as the Senior Director of Operations at HarbisonWalker International, overseeing manufacturing sites in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Gildas also has experience at Imerys and AkzoNobel, where they led operations and supply chain management. Gildas began their career at Dura Automotive as a Production Manager. Throughout their career, they have consistently achieved strong operational performance and driven operational and logistical efficiencies.

Gildas Dupouy earned a Master of Engineering (MSc Eng) degree in General Engineering from ECAM LaSalle, which was completed between 1994 and 1999. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2023. Furthermore, Gildas Dupouy obtained a certification in Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School Executive Education in 2018.
