Kristina Minchow P.e.

Kristina Minchow, P.E. is a seasoned professional in environmental engineering, currently serving as Project Development Lead at Ensero Solutions since April 2023. Previously, Kristina worked as a Senior Project Engineer in Industrial Water Treatment at Golder Associates from December 2014 to March 2023, focusing on mine water treatment through feasibility analysis, permitting, and detailed process design. Kristina's early career includes a role as Sundeck Caretaker at Aspen Skiing Company, where maintenance of a LEED certified building was managed. Kristina began their career in academia as a Student Researcher at the University of Colorado Boulder, contributing to projects on carbon cycling in mine waste and the interaction of bacteria in acid mine drainage. Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science and a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
