Nathaniel Jhong

Nathaniel Jhong has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Nathaniel most recently served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Transformation at Fluence, starting in December 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Greyscale AI from 2022 to 2023. Nathaniel also held the position of Vice President of Operations at KLA from 2008 to 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Director of Supply Chain Management at Tesla Motors from 2005 to 2008. Nathaniel began their career at Xerox in 1984 as a Research Development Mechanical Engineer and has since held various engineering and managerial positions at companies such as Applied Materials, Raychem (now TE Connectivity), Tandy Electronics Research, and Komag.

Nathaniel Jhong holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Machine Design and Automatic Control from the University of California, Berkeley. Nathaniel also pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Santa Clara University, specializing in Dynamics and Control.
