Ray Hohenstein

Ray Hohenstein has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ray started their career as an Operations Manager at Optoro, where they successfully managed a team and achieved significant revenue. Later, they worked at Atlantic Media Company as a Senior Manager, overseeing digital strategy and analytics. Ray led the implementation of ERP systems and designed KPI strategies. As a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, Ray specialized in electric utilities and digital transformation for high-tech clients. Ray then joined the California Energy Storage Alliance as a Member of the Board of Directors. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Product Management at Fluence, where they are responsible for increasing the global reach and standardization of energy storage products. Throughout their career, Ray has shown expertise in product management, strategy development, and operations optimization.

Ray Hohenstein received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Energy & Environment from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) degree in Government from Harvard University in 2005. Ray completed their high school education at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology between 1996 and 2000.
