Matthew Conway has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. MATTHEW is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Business Development at Fluent Commerce, where they focus on solving inventory availability and order management challenges for leading brands and retailers. In their role, they help retailers improve customer experience, sales, and profit margins through the implementation of an omnichannel system.

Prior to their current position, Matthew worked as a Certified Partner at PerceptionPredict, where they accurately predicted individual sales performance before hiring. MATTHEW also served as the President of UK Soccer Trials Canada, a sister company of UK Football Trials, from 2018 to 2022.

In 2015, Matthew founded their own company, Matt Conway, where they served as the CEO & Principal. MATTHEW'scompany focused on helping businesses increase their sales performance and achieve rapid growth through strategic go-to-market strategies, messaging, prospecting, and sales approaches.

Matthew has also held various leadership roles in renowned companies. MATTHEW worked as the President/Consultant at Companybook Inc., helping to launch their Sales Intelligence SaaS technology in North America. Additionally, they served as the Managing Client Partner - Sales Performance Practice at FranklinCovey, where their focus was on transforming the productivity and personal effectiveness of sales leaders and salespeople.

Prior to that, Matthew held positions such as VP Sales (Interim) at POIfriend Inc., Senior Vice President of Sales at Skinkers, and VP Sales and Consultant at Channel Dynamics. MATTHEW also worked as the General Manager of Nokia Home Communications.

Throughout their career, Matthew has consistently demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and leadership.

Matthew Conway has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Development Studies (Sustainable Development) from the University of Kent, which they obtained from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed the International Baccalaureate program at Jakarta International School from 1987 to 1990, focusing on English, History, and Drama. Before attending Jakarta International School, Matthew attended Surabaya International School in 1986 and the Oratory School from 1983 to 1986. MATTHEW also studied at the American International School Dhaka, Bangladesh from 1980 to 1983 and the British Primary School in Kathmandu, Nepal from 1975 to 1980.
