Allie Morton

Allie Morton (Cason) has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and operations. Allie is currently the Director of People Operations at FluentStream, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Program Manager at Ekata from October 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining Ekata, Allie held multiple positions at Rover.com, a pet care platform. Allie served as an HR Operations Manager from April 2020 to October 2020, a People Team Project Manager from April 2018 to April 2020, and an HR Manager from October 2014 to April 2018.

Allie also has experience as an HR Manager at Columbia Hospitality in 2014, an HR Generalist at Logic20/20, Inc. from March 2013 to June 2014, a Front Office Manager at Hotel Sorrento from June 2011 to March 2013, and various managerial roles at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts from 2008 to 2011.

Allie began their career as a Manager in Training at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & spa in 2007 and gained experience as a Food & Beverage Intern at Salish Lodge & Spa from 2005 to 2006.

Allie Morton (Cason) holds a Master Certificate in Human Resources from the Cornell University ILR School. Allie also completed a certificate program titled "Social Media in HR: From Policy to Practice" at the same institution. Prior to their enrollment at Cornell, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business Management from the WSU Carson College of Business. Allie completed their high school education at Skyline High School. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certificate in "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
