Dr. Marion Tenge

Dr. Marion Tenge has diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. Dr. Marion has held various roles in different companies and industries. Since March 2020, they have been the Vice President of Digital & IT at Flughafen Hannover-Langenhagen GmbH, where they were previously the Director of Corporate Development & Digitalization from December 2010 to March 2020. In 2021, they served as the interim CEO of AirITSystems GmbH for a few months. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Online Sales at TUI Hotels & Resorts from 2007 to 2010. From 2004 to 2006, they held the position of Director of Organization and Corporate Information Management at Flughafen Hannover-Langenhagen GmbH. Before that, they served as a Project Manager at TUI Hotel Portal from 2002 to 2003, and as an E-Business Consultant at e-trend Media Consulting GmbH from 2000 to 2002. In their early career, they were the Manager of Innovation and HR at Dr. Oetker from 1997 to 2000.

Dr. Marion Tenge completed their education with a Dr. sc. admin. degree in Managementwissenschaften from Latvijas Universitate, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom degree in Managementwissenschaften from Fachhochschule für die Wirtschaft Paderborn, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Dr. Tenge obtained several certifications in related fields. In October 2019, they earned the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. In May 2019, they obtained the Agile Coach certification from Academy4Excellence. Finally, in April 2019, they completed a Design Thinking course from Leuphana Universität Lüneburg.
