Michele Monico

Michele Monico is currently the Vice President of the Drug Delivery Systems business line at Stevanato Group, a position held since May 2023. Additionally, Michele serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Fluid-o-Tech, a global technology leader in precision fluid management systems, since June 2022. From October 2020 to May 2023, Michele was the Senior Vice President of Global Design at Star, overseeing the global Strategy and Design organization. Prior experience includes roles at Flex from May 2003 to October 2020, where Michele held various positions including Vice President & General Manager of Global Design & Engineering, and VP/GM EMEA R&D and Engineering. Early career experience includes an Engineering Manager role at Inpeco T.I.H. from 1998 to 2003. Michele holds an MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano, a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2016.
