Laure Thompson started out as a Help Desk Technician at IBM in 2005 and eventually worked their way up to become an Information Technology Support Engineer at American Express Global Business Travel. Currently, Laure works as a Project Administrator at FluidOne, where Laure schedules surveys and installations of WiFi solutions for various customers while also handling general administration tasks and email enquiries. With a background in international trade and foreign languages, Laure Thompson has a strong foundation in IT support and project management.
