Roy Hastings

Roy Hastings started their work experience as the Finance & Commercial Director at Care UK from March 2007 to April 2010. Roy then became the Founder, CFO, and Company Secretary of Ark Home Healthcare, a PE-backed healthcare business specializing in community-based health and social care services, from April 2010 to August 2013. Following that, they worked as a Director at Calbec Consulting from September 2013 to February 2014. From March 2014 to January 2018, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at The Practice Group UK. Roy then became the Chief Financial Officer at The poweredbypie Group inc. PSG from January 2018 to November 2020. Concurrently, starting in November 2020, they also held the position of Director at Cyber Security Associates. In November 2020, they joined FluidOne as the Group Chief Financial Officer. In 2022, they also became a Director at Marathon Managed Services. In 2023, they took on the role of Director at Highlander Computing Solutions and Director at projectfive.

Roy Hastings attended Kingston University from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Accounting and Finance.
