Lennie R.

Lennie R. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. They most recently served as the President of Fluidra North America since September 2022. Prior to that, they took a break from work from March 2022 to September 2022. Lennie R. was previously the CEO of Big Ass Fans from February 2018 to March 2022. They also held the position of Senior Vice President, Doors at JELD-WEN, Inc. from March 2015 to February 2018. At Husqvarna Group, Lennie R. held several roles including VP/General Manager Retail Division, Americas, Senior Vice President and Global Category Manager, Wheeled Products, Senior Vice President and Category Manager Riding Equipment, and Senior Vice President, N.A. Product Development and Sales. Lennie R. started their career at Electrolux as the Director of Marketing - Outdoor Products and later worked as a Product Manager at McCulloch. They also served as a Business Development Manager at Battelle.

Lennie R. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1991. In 1997, Lennie R. completed an MBA specializing in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
