Steve Andrews

Steve Andrews has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles within the pool and spa industry. Currently serving as the Senior Engineering Director of Filtration and previously the Senior Director of Engineering for Commercial, Spa & Specialty at Fluidra North America since January 2022, Steve has a strong background in product management and sales. Prior to this, Steve held several key positions at CMP - Pool & Spa Products from May 2018 to January 2022, including Senior Director of Engineering and Product Line Management. Steve's earlier experience includes roles at Fluidra North America from October 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included North American Director of Sales. Steve's career began at Nemato Corp., where Steve served as President from August 1998 to September 2015, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to leadership and innovation in the industry.
